I love these Uggs! This is my first pair and now I own 3 different ones. I still like the Classic the best! I wear them all around my college campus and with negative temperatures recently in Ohio, they have really been great!! The only problem I had was the first pair i ordered were a 9. I usually wear a 10 and have a wide foot. The size 9 were still way too big. So for me, I had to go down to an 8 for the snug feeling that are recommended

I tell everybody I know about you guys. It's funny; most people don't believe me when I say that I can buy 20 pairs of shoes and return 20 pairs of shoes. And especially at no shipping costs either way

You are the best! I have a very hard time getting shoes to fit properly and consequently have needed to return several pairs to you, but you always cheerfully refund my money and it doesn't cost me to return them unlike other companies. I will continue shopping with YOU. Thanks again.

Wow! I don't think I've ever received such expert and thorough customer service - especially from such a big company. Thank you so much for all of your efforts on my behalf. I really appreciate it. And I also want to apologize, because I did go through paperwork and discovered that I had in fact purchased the shoes elsewhere. I am sorry to have sent you on what I discovered was a wild goose chase. You have definitely made me a more loyal customer than ever, however. So thank you again, and I look forward to my next purchase here.
